Who am I?
- I am Taylor from Wallkill, NY (about 1.5 hours from NYC), and I've been in NYC almost exclusively since 2009. This gives me a big appreciation for our entire state full of awesome folks who have their own opinions and are not afraid to share them!
- I am the oldest of 4 siblings with the youngest being 14 years younger! Our parents were lovers of people, learning, dreams, and taking risks so you will find us passionately encouraging others to do the same!
- Personally, this has meant a life with diverse work experiences at organizations that had a big vision against the odds. I can’t say that it has always been a stable ride, but I have learned a lot from the adversity.
- Nowadays, I spend my free time helping relatives and friends reach for their dreams while continuing to reach for my own.

What have I done?
- Leveraging data and partnerships, I launched new products and systems dozens of times.
- In most cases, it has meant new revenue streams (creating from nothing) or improving the efficiency of existing revenue streams (30%+ Revenue/FTE).
- My experience has come within small (>50) and large (100k+) organizations in the public and private sectors.
- Functionally, I have worked cross-functionally within marketing, sales, service, and support to drive initiatives involving stakeholders from executives to frontline teams for experiences, services, bespoke software, and SaaS software.
- Because I have worked directly across many specialties, I have become an expert in entering new environments and driving significant, rapid improvements that cross-functional teams support.
- It excites me to align disconnected teams around objectives that matter!

How do you make money?
- My experience is in cross-functional strategy and operations for go-to-market teams across organizational structures.
- I have direct experience understanding what finance, legal, accounting, marketing, sales, service, support, and product teams need to deliver optimal outcomes at different scales with different monetization models.
- This allowed me to drive Revenue Operations improvements that led to my first exit (acquired) and enabled cross-selling within 45 days of that acquisition (half the time expected).
